Real World Retention LLC operates levelup-life.shop. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Name, email and mobile number — to confirm bookings and let your trainer contact you.
• Session address — for in-house training only.
• Health information you choose to share — injuries, conditions or goals, so training is safe. Shared only with your trainer.
• Booking history — sessions purchased and used.
• Basic technical data — IP address and browser, kept briefly for security.

Card details

We never see or store your card number. Payment is processed by our payment provider on a secure page; only the result is returned to us.

How we use it

To deliver the training you booked, contact you about your sessions, and meet our tax and insurance obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Retention

Booking records are kept for seven years where required for financial and insurance purposes. Health notes are deleted on request or when you stop training with us.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing hello@levelup-life.shop. If you are in California this includes rights under the CCPA.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to hold your booking while you complete it. No advertising trackers.
