If you change your mind before your first session, we refund the package in full. Email hello@levelup-life.shop and we’ll process it.
We refund unused sessions at the per-session rate of the package you bought, less any sessions already delivered. There is no cancellation fee. Contact us and we’ll confirm the figure before processing.
Free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside 24 hours the session is counted as delivered, except for illness or emergency.
If we cancel a session for any reason, it is not deducted and we will offer the next available slot. If we cannot provide a suitable trainer at all, we refund the remaining balance in full.
Refunds go back to the original card within three business days of approval. Your bank may take a further five to ten days to show it.
Your statement shows our company name rather than the package name. Please contact us before raising a dispute — we can identify the booking and refund it the same day, which is faster than a chargeback.
